We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any artist account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
4. Marketplace Role
NY Art Galleria operates as an online marketplace that connects artists and buyers. We are not a party to the transaction between artists and buyers and do not take ownership of listed artworks.
5. Purchases and Payments
Buyers are not required to create accounts to purchase artwork. When making a purchase, buyers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. NY Art Galleria does not store or process payment card details.
6. Pricing and Fees
Artwork prices are set by the artists. We may charge service or platform fees, which will be disclosed prior to checkout.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Artists are responsible for packaging and shipping artworks to buyers. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics.
NY Art Galleria is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipping.
8. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are determined by individual artists unless otherwise stated. Buyers should review artwork descriptions carefully before purchasing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NY Art Galleria or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Artists retain ownership of their artworks and grant NY Art Galleria a non-exclusive license to display and promote their content on the platform.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Posting fraudulent or misleading content
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Interfering with platform security or operations
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability
